Today, the restaurant offers a wide ranging menu of salads, wraps and bowls that are made with garden-fresh greens, high-quality protein and unprocessed fruits and veggies like avocado, tomato, corn and squash.

But what really makes Square Roots Kitchen such a unique dining concept is the technology that comes with it. Whether ordering through their app or one of their onsite ordering screens, SRK makes it fast and easy to customize any meal to fit your dietary needs. Simply choose your diet such as paleo, vegan, low-fat, high fat, gluten free or a range of others, and then select any allergies you might have — no dairy, no nuts, no spices, no worries. From there, SRK’s algorithm will customize any meal on their menu to fit your specific needs and ordering is still just as fast as ordering a fast food burger. And for added convenience Each menu item also shows the breakdown of fats, carbohydrates and proteins for every item on their menu.
